Hypnotherapy and Stress Management 

£60 per session which includes CD on first visit 

£100 Stop smoking in a one-off session  including Stop Smoking CD 

Reiki 

£25 for 30 mins session

£40 for 1 hour  session

£65 for 3 x 30 mins sessions 

£100 for 3 x 1 hour sessions 

Mindfulness 

£200 for 4 x 90 mins sessions includes course work and CDs 

Hypnobirthing

£POA for a 5 week course of 2.5 hours with you and your chosen birth partner
