Are you ready to learn mindfulness?
Available for individuals or groups, my four-week course will teach you all the tools you need to practice mindfulness. To get the most out of it, you will need to practice the techniques at home.
The cost of the course is £200 and consists of 4 x 90 mins sessions, plus coursework and CDs.
Week 1
Introduction to mindfulness, stepping out of automatic pilot, mindful eating and body scan.
Week 2
Reconnecting with body and breath, event awareness and mindful breathing.
Week 3
Dealing with difficulties, sitting meditation, stress awareness and breathing space.
Week 4
Mindfulness in daily life, stress strategies, breathing space, loving kindness and activity awareness.
